The development model of green logistics is one of the ideal ways to realize the development of China's green economy,and it is also an inevitable choice to promote the transformation of China's modern logistics industry.The increasingly prominent problem of environmental pollution and waste of resources has accelerated the pace of China's transformation from the traditional logistics development model to the green logistics development model.However,the development of China's green logistics is lagging behind and it is still in its early stages of development.The increasingly prominent issue of global environmental pollution and waste of resources has accelerated the pace of China's transformation from the traditional logistics development mode to the green logistics development mode.However,the development of China's green logistics has lagged behind and is still in its infancy.The construction of an innovative green logistics performance evaluation system and the improvement of comprehensive evaluation indicators about China's green logistics performance not only provide a basis for evaluation and consideration of enterprise development and government supervision,but also help to play a guiding role in the performance of green logistics performance indicators for the development of China's logistics industry.This paper analyzes the obstacles in the process of logistics development in China and the bottleneck in the development of green logistics based on the review of the research status at home and abroad.It builds a performance evaluation system of green logistics infrastructure,green logistics economy,management capabilities of green logistics operation,green logistics environment and energy according to the actual situation of China's green logistics.This article uses the entropy-gray correlation method with two aspects including part and whole,portrait and landscape to evaluate China's overall green logistics performance and the six central provinces' green logistics performance.This article combines the historical data and the actual development situation to analyze the reasons why the overall green logistics performance in China and the central region are different thoroughly.Then,the article conducts a regression analysis of the factors affecting the overall green logistics performance in China and in the central region.The research results show that the level of economic development and industrial structure have a significant impact on China's overall green logistics performance,and the higher thelevel of economic development,the greater the proportion of logistics industry in the tertiary industry,the higher the level of green logistics performance.In the central provinces,the development level of economy,the logistics employment level,the resource policy,the industrial structure,and the urbanization level have uneven impact on the performance of green logistics.According to the five factors,different suggestions are made on the different impacts of the green logistics performance about the whole country and the six provinces in the central region.Lastly,based on the above research,this paper further explores the effect of environmental policy to China's green logistics performance.At first step,factor analysis method is used to extract the key environmental policy factors.And then,empirical analysis is conducted on the environmental policy factors and the overall green logistics performance in China.The results shows that the comprehensive environmental policy factor and the voluntary environmental policy factor in the environmental policy affect China's green logistics performance.Finally,this paper makes some suggestions to promote the transformation and development of China's logistics industry,then to improve China's green logistics economic performance combining with the actual development of China's logistics industry.
