| Software outsourcing has been developing at a high speed since the1990s and software joint package I ndustry in our country seize this golden period under the government’s policy support and guidance.Now there are a large number of software joint package enterprises and the software industry begun to take shape in our country. However, most of these enterprises’scale is small and few enterprises have the good performance which has formed the fragmented situation for development. And that seriously hindered the healthy development of our country’s software joint package industry. As software joint package industry with low cost in other countries, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, developing rapidly, at the same time our country’s human cost is increasing rapidly, China’s software joint package enterprises will come into the more difficult situation. The researches about how to improve our country software joint package enterprises’ performance become more and more important.The software outsourcing involves interactions between two or more enterprises. It is the new way of management between the marketing management and the controlling management. It has a lot of features such as great complexity, uncertainty and innovation and it is also unique and needs a large amount of investment. Therefore the software outsourcing is a long procedure which is the difference between software outsourcing transactions and other transactions. Nowdays there are about three perspectives to study the success of software outsourcing, from the outsourcing enterprise, from the software joint package enterprise or from the both. However these papers ignored studying the software outsourcing from the procedure. In addition, these papers mostly study the software outsourcing from the outsourcing enterprise. There are a few papers which sudy the software outsourcing from the software joint package enterprise. And these papers about the software joint package enterprise only study the software outsourcing on the macro according to the case study. There are only few studies about the software outsourcing from the perspective on the joint package enterprise in our country through the empirical research.The paper researches the software outsourcing from the procedure of the software outsourcing through the perspective on the joint package enterprise. Frist of all, we analyze and define the procedure of the software outsourcing. Then based on the Transaction-Mosaic theory and other theories about explaining the motivation of the software outsourcing, we analyze the demand of the reason to choosing the software outsourcing. At the same time, according to the customer demand theory, we turn to study the effects of the operating performance of joint package enterprise based on the demand. And then the paper analyzes the relationships between the effects and the operating performance of joint package enterprise. On the basis, the paper designed the survey questionnaire according to the existing maturity scale and field research. Then the author gained much valuable first-hand data from the software joint package enterprise through questionnaires. At last, the author analyzed the data by the statistical software, SPSS17.0. The study found that, in our country software joint package enterprises, enterprise reputation, professional ability and price advantage have a significant positive correlation with its operational performance while the exchange cost and its operational performance is a significant negative correlation. And the author further puts forward the exploratory hypothesis and analysis, found that to the software joint package enterprise, the communication cost in the process of trading influences its operating performance through an intermediary role, the price advantage. Finally, combined with empirical research conclusion this paper puts forward the enlightenment practice, the limitations of this study and the future direction of the research. |
