| Along with the continuous development of technology and economy, increasedproduct complexity and changeful customer demand, companies are facing pressure toreduce costs, shorten lead times, improve product quality and improve service,competition between the companies are more and more intense. In order to maintaintheir competitive advantage, many companies are joint raw material suppliers andproduct distributors, starting from the raw material suppliers, go through from theproduct manufacturer to product distributors, form a product supply chain andstrengthen management of supply chain, improve enterprise competitiveness. Moreand more enterprises pay attention to supply chain management and optimizationtheory, and start to strengthen the cooperation between the suppliers, especiallymaintain close cooperation with strategic suppliers. How to optimize their supplychain and improve purchasing management, inventory management, logisticmanagement are the focus of this article.Based on JD enterprise, an agricultural machinery company, as the researchobject, this article analysis the current situation of supply chain management, andresearches the methods to improve its supply chain. First, this article introduces sometheories, analysis the current operational situation of JD supply chain management,researches the exiting problems and does the analysis for reasons from the suppliermanagement, purchasing management, inventory management, logistics managementabout supply chain management. Further, the article formulates the improvementscheme for current procedure and management status, and proposes improvementmeasures. Finally, the article describes the contrast before and after optimization ofthe supply chain management, and discusses how to establish supplier evaluationsystem. This article try to seek the manage mode that fits enterprise developmentstrategy in the supply circumstances and expects to provide some help for the theoryand practice of supply chain management. |
