With the development of economic globalization, the competition become moreand more fierce, this kind of competition is no longer the traditional form of theenterprise and enterprise’s competition, but into the supply chain and supply chain’scompetition. The chain ordering strategy is not only one of the important factorsaffecting the development of chain enterprises, but also one of the important factorsrestricting the development of the entire supply chain. A proper ordering strategy helpsto reduce the operating costs of chain enterprises, help to improve the competitivenessof the whole supply chain. Supply chain management can provide customers with fast, high qualify, efficient service, to optimize the cooperative relationship and benefit-sharing mechanisms between the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supplychain. So a discussion of chain enterprises ordering strategy in the theory of supplychain management is particularly necessary.Firstly, this paper studied the ordering strategies based on the theory of supplychain management and chain management. The implementation of ordering strategiesare often based on market demand forecasting, the established chain ordering policymodel in this paper, have take the "order on-demands" into consideration. Secondly, this paper improved the traditional TOPSIS method and proposed an improvedTOPSIS method, which can provide the chain enterprise with certain theoretical basisthat choose good suppliers from many alternative providers as partners. Finally, thispaper constructed inventory system operation cost function and inventory turnovertime function when chain stores takes (R, Q) ordering policy and distribution centertakes (T, S) ordering policy. Making the minimum total inventory cost and the shortesttotal inventory turnover time as the goal, build a multi-objective model of Chainmanagement ordering policy. This model is applied to a supermarket chain, the use ofIsight software, through a multi-island genetic algorithm to solve the model, obtain an optimal ordering policy of the supermarket chain. This study proved effective andfeasible.
