Along with the changes of the global economy, real estate projects have been bestimulating domestic demand and promote economic growth in our country the mainone of pillar industries. Because the real estate enterprise when carries on thecomprehensive project positioning, based on the information is not sufficient andaccurate information, and adopted by the project positioning method is different, oftencause real estate development investment decision-making errors, lead to project lateestate sales not free, cause the real estate market in the commodity house of empty,severely restricted the sustainable of real estate enterprise development activities thatimpact on the development of local economy.So in the real estate project positioning decision, the real estate enterprises to payattention to the project relevant information and data analysis, and project the productcompetition strategy highlights the important role.
