To win in this real estate market thecompany must rely on good marketing positioning and to reach the customer, and thiswill help the real estate developer create advantage in this market. Through the realestate positioning, to reach the potential customer, help the sales pass the valuethrough effective marketing way, to create great sales.This thesis work through the Sino-Singapore Eco-City real estate positioning,and through the study high standard residential project, the project characters, the wayto success, customer source, customer needs etc. And work through theSino-Singapore Eco-city market environment SWOT analysis.To guide the eco-city project prepare from design, planning and construction tosatisfy customer expectation and gain advantage in the market. So the projectpositioning was necessary and going through the development whole process. Thedeveloper create customaries project through the marketing positioning study, tocreate unique project and to win in this market.
