| Evaluation research of the project is the scientific argument for the analysis oftechniques and economy for the project before the decision making for investment.The thesis focuses on confirming evaluation index indicators and constructing themodel under the theory structure of evaluation of real estate project.Firstly, research background is analyzed, on the basis of which, literature review ismade on evaluation of real estate project home and abroad, then, the mainly researchcontent, and the map of the thesis is also constructed. Evaluation of real estate projectis defined, the main content of it is argued, and procedure of it is proposed, presentcomprehensive evaluation methods are analyzed, and evaluation method of real estateproject is confirmed based on the character of evaluation of real estate project.According to the principle and method of construction of index indicators, theprimary index system is constructed, and which is reduced based on theory of roughset, and the index system of evaluation of real estate project is proposed. Based ontheory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, evaluation model of real estate project isproposed on single factor and comprehensive factors, and case study is made by usingindex system and method, so as to illustrate the method, and validate the method isscientific and applicable. Finally, thesis is summarized, and future study is proposed. |
