With the advent of the era of economic globalization and knowledge economy, throughthe integration of internal resources and external resources, structure the new mode of humanresource management outsourcing management mode, make the enterprise to focus on corebusiness, outsourcing non-core business to other company, can effectively control and reduceoperating costs, achieve efficient operations and service enterprise, to improve the economicbenefits of enterprises and the core competitive ability has very important practicalsignificance and application value.Human resource management outsourcing as a new kind of human resource managementmode, has a very broad space for development and prospects, but its theoretical developmentand practical research is not very perfect, it also makes many enterprises after the applicationof human resource management outsourcing may not achieve the desired results. Based onthis, this paper on the theory and methods of human resource management outsourcingin-depth discussion and research, to provide enterprises with a way to effectively implementhuman resource management outsourcing. This article first expounds the knowledge abouthuman resource management outsourcing, and introduces the research status quo of humanresource management outsourcing and the basic theory of human resource managementoutsourcing.
