With the advent of the big data and information age, the traditional banking aresuffering from more and more assaults: In the internal,with the promotion of themarketization of the interest rate, industry competition is becoming more and moresharply. On the other hand, the the internet financial has being rising recently and thetraditional operating model of banks is undergoing a huge challenge which is from theinternet financial. So it is not desirable that views the traditional operation model whichrelying on obtaining the net interest margin as the main profit point, and the developmentof intermediary business needs to be placed in a strategic position.Combined the old study of the literature,we have found that the development of thebanks’ intermediate business is affected by many factors. The article divided them intomacro factors and micro factors. And then we conduct a comprehensive impact analysiswhich is the influence of these factors on the development of the intermediary business byusing the Comparative analysis、qualitative and quantitative research methods.In the terms of macro level, the external economic environment factors play a vitalrole on the development of the banks’ intermediate business. The paper selected economicdevelopment, people’s living standards, deposit and loan spreads, financingstructure factors and financial regulation as independent variables, intermediatebusiness income as the dependent variable. And then we do regression analysis ofthem.to analyst the influence on the intermediate business. In the terms of micro level,there are three main factors, namely the cost efficiency of commercial banks, the use ofresources, product development, marketing and information technology and other aspectsof investment, commercial banks’ internal risk controls. The object of this study isthe listed banks’ intermediate business. So in order to eliminate the interference of thescale factors, all data in this article do percentile treatment. Based on this reason,weselect six representative variables. They are Operating and administrative expenses ratioof total operating expenses, net assets yield, liquidity ratio, non-performing loanratio, capital adequacy ratio, the proportion of undergraduate employees. used theindividual point double fixed effects model does a quantitative study which concerningabout how the micro factors, such as the commercial bank efficiency of resource use, cost of inputs and the internal risk control,influence the development of intermediary.Finally, we will provide policy advice on the development path of China’sCommercial Banks business from the micro and macro level.
