Nowadays,it is important to voice properly in company for improving organization efficiency. It can stimulate strategic thinking, prevent danger, improve work procedure and effective decision. Employee’s value reflects not only in finishing their own job,but also in creative ideas or opinions of their daily works,especially in this time that economy develops so fast and conditions change so quickly. Voice behavior is a change-oriented extra-role behavior that employees express work-related ideas and opinions or propose constructive suggestions towards leaders or colleagues to reduce decision mistakes, advance the working process and improve the organizations’situation. Through resource protection theory and social exchange theory,we infer that there must be some relationship between work stress,voice behavior and job performance. So it is significant to study the relationship between voice behavior and job performance in the background of work stress.In combination with the practical situation of the development and progress of modern society, this paper formulates new questionnaires of work stress,voice behavior and job performance on base of the research at home and abroad on these three factors. Based on the previous studies, we use SPSS21.0statistical software for the corresponding sample to make descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, difference testing, correlation analysis, regression analysis. On the base of analysis results, we receive their each elements and relationship, then build regression model at last.According to the result of data analysis,the main conclusions of this article include:work stress is made up of four dimensions, they are work stress recourse, individual characteristic, stress acting strategy and stress individual effect. Voice behavior is made up of two dimensions, they are promoting voice behavior and suppressive voice behavior. Job performance is made up of three dimensions, they are task performance, peripheral performance and adapted performance. Part elements of work stress effect voice behavior. Work stress has a negative effect on voice behavior and voice behavior has a positive effect on job performance. The corresponding regression equation is also concluded. Based on the theoretical research conclusions, advices for improving job performance are represented from two aspect of work stress and voice behavior at the end of the paper.
