| This paper is guided by the related theory of enterprise culture, lays emphasisupon "seeking truth from facts",With a standard of the progress of time,the enterpriseculture is affirmed with its imperfectness and improvement pointed out.Through analyzing the concepts, connotation and choice of target model of enterpriseculture, there has been set forth a planning design of the whole conception of enterpriseculture innovation and a basic pattern and enforcement principles for reconstructing thesystem.
