In the21st century, employee engagement becomes more and more companiestalk about the tA1B2, many experts and scholars at home and abroad to employeeengagement launched an investigation and analysis, but from the point of the objectof investigation, in view of the hotel industry also is less. Observed in reality, manyservB2es, most of the profits from the loyal consumers and loyal consumers largelydepends on the enterprise loyal employees, it seems that the hotel industry employeeengagement survey to a great extent can reflect the real source of profit point ofservB2e industry to improve the core competitiveness of the hotel has importanttheoretB2al signifB2ance and practB2al signifB2ance.This study aims at how to determine the working environment, employees andthe relationshB1between employee engagement, work environment (workcharacteristB2s, the internal relationshB1and organizational management) how theemployee awareness (the sense of belonging, satisfaction and perception) to affectemployee engagement. This paper build by working environment impact onemployee engagement model, in different time at different levels of H hotel staff hascarried on the simple interview, won more than50have reference value for interview,statistB2al analysis was carried out on the record. Finally, the H hotel how to improvethe employee engagement corresponding Suggestions are put forward.This paper studies the H hotel employee engagement, the following conclusions:(1) In combination with the precondition of research of scholars at home andabroad, this artB2le will H hotel work environment as a study of the initial variable, isdivided into three main dimensions, working characteristB2s, the internalrelationshB1and organizational management. Of initial variables is firstly introducedin the reliability and validity of statistB2al analysis, the analysis results show that theinitial variables can be do factor analysis.(2) In this paper, the H hotel staff awareness as intermediary variables, is dividedinto three main dimensions, sense of belonging, satisfaction, and measured respectively. The reliability and validity analysis was carried out on the intermediatevariable it is concluded that the middle variables can be factor analysis, and the initialvariable of employee engagement through intermediate variable plays a role.(3) On the basis of above research promote H hotel employee engagementmanagement recommendations, from four angles, this paper first, improve theworking environment. Second, design the scientifB2work. Third, establish a fair andreasonable compensation management system. Fourth, to help employees develA1scientifB2career planning. Through the analysis of the above four angles, in order torealize through the H hotel working environment to affect employee staff awareness,thus achieve the goal of employee engagement of the hotel.
