Study On Port Logistics Development Strategy Of Shandong Peninsula

With the development of the world economic integration, the economiccontribution of foreign trade to a country’s economy or a region’s economy is alsogrowing, the development and growth of the import and export trade makes logisticsservice demand to grow as well. Port as an important node in the logistics supplychain, the proportion of port logistics in modern logistics industry is growing.According to statistics, port logistics is charged with the majority of import andexport trade logistics services, in a point，the development level of the port logisticsindustry affect the development of import and export trade. Shandong province as alarge import and export trade province, import and export value was growingsustained and rapidly in recent years, especially with the "Strategy of ShandongPeninsula Blue Economic Zone", as a national strategy, the import and export tradevolume increased significantly, but to some extent， the development of ShandongPeninsula’s port logistics industry drops behind the development of import and exporttrade of Shandong Province, there is still a lack and excess of functionality, a lag ofthe service model and the concept, other issues as well.In this paper, under the background of vigorously developing the ShandongPeninsula Blue Economic Zone, analyzing the development status of ShandongPeninsula’s port logistics industry, problems, development conditions, throughestablishing a multiple regression model and ARMA model to forecast demand forport logistics services of Shandong Province in the next five years, in order toillustrate necessary about expanding and development of the Shandong Peninsula portlogistics; taking the "Logistics Industry in Shandong Province Twelfth Five YearPlan" in considering, and putting forward six measures about Shandong Peninsulaport logistics development in order to get a reference in the future development ofShandong Peninsula port logistics.
