In A garment manufacturing as the research object, this paper mainly studiesthree main problems of Agarment manufacturing management, on the analysis tosolve these problems; three main problems are as follows:1. A garment manufacturingsluggish warehouse appeared increasinglyaccumulation of materials, mainly fabrics and accessories, the number of upto several floors, these are glazed material value is very high, virtuallyincrease the cost of finished goods prices.2. Clients often after make the order, modified finished goods Bill of Material,cause the BOM from the engineering department can’t be used, thepurchasing department also uncertain, often lead to customers for productionmaterial unable to transport the goods and delay the shipment day.3. A garment factory mainly produces children’s clothes, the fabric supplier isbased on A garment factory and each customer each order to provide thefabrics of the same batch no, but after received the fabric, warehouse pickswrong batch number fabrics, cause the finished goods has differentcolor atthe same order, often causes disputes among departments.Is the first comprehensive method used in this paper some literatures,summarizes the characteristics of the apparel industry, then aiming at the problem ofA garment factory has carried on the system analysis, analysis of the problems of thefirst reason is mainly due to the material code is repeated coding, cause had not usedto inventory coding material and purchasing for no inventory coding materialpurchasing, material waste; The second problem is the main reason of the originalsystem is rigid, production orders can’t support to modify each MO’s BOM, therefore,need to change the material only by purchasing additional manual order; The thirdproblem between the orders of the sharing of information is not fully materialpurchasing information after come back associated with customer order information,need to optimize the order management.Analysis the content of the final summing up for optimizing material codingrules and product structure optimization of business process management in theprocess of analysis and optimization of order system, from the original informationsystem, this paper analysis the source of the glazed material inventory, and find outthe problem, using SWOT analysis method, designed to improve the material codingrules, optimize business processes and the associated supply order plan and solve theproblems of A garment factory.The innovation in this study is based on the characteristics of the apparel industry,use the technology of two dimensions (color and size)coding to manage and thesedimensions correspond and extend to the BOM table to go inside, thereby greatlyreducing the material code and the bill of materials for BOM maintenance workload,but also reduce the man-made error rate. In order to further optimize the ordermanagement pad set an efficient platform. The significance of the study is based on the A garment factory case analysis,obtains a set of solutions, to solve the A garment factory stagnant material problems,standardize the coding rules of the factory, the solution designed to save a lot of costof goods manufactured to A garment factory, and improves the production efficiency,but also to ensure the timely production of customer orders, improve customersatisfaction, finally has made the appraisal to this scheme and conclusion. Thesesolutions can also provide reference for other clothing manufacturing industry.
