With the development of economy and internet, demand of garments andbuy habit keeps changing deeper and deeper. The need of personality anddiversity of garments and shoes are more and more obvious and strong. Thenew trend of buying is buying at any time, any place and any way. How toresponse quicker and quicker through supplier selection and order allocationis the key problem enterprises facing. Any company is chasing profit. It’s notreasonable and realistic that all products are managed under the agile supplychain strategy. So before solving this problem, the company should categorywhich products are suitable for agile and which for lean.Based on the product characteristics theory, and combining the garmentindustry situation, this thesis made a method which combines qualitative,quantities and quantifying qualitative index to analyze productscharacteristics and match the suitable supply chain strategy. After that, the thesis built a two stages model for suppliers selecting andorder allocation. Through the many index like quantity, service level,company social responsibility, EHS, territory stability and etc. as thematching indicators and capacity and cost levers to consider and analyze theorder allocation problem.Next, based on the analysis of effective supply chain strategy matchingand order allocation, this thesis introduces the way to get accurate andin-time information through S&OP. At last, a real case is used to prove thepracticability of this method and the future study direction.This thesis is trying to balance the academic and practice. And see thepractice a little more important than academic and try to use all results thisstudy got.
