With the development of economy and internet, demand of garments and buy habitkeeps changing deeper and deeper. The need of personality and diversity of garmentsand shoes are more and more obvious and strong. The new trend of buying is buying atany time, any place and any way.The customers’ need decides the companies’ actions. How to response quicker andquicker through supplier selection and order allocation is the key problem enterprisesfacing. It’s not reasonable and realistic that all products are managed under the agilesupply chain strategy. So before solving this problem, the company should categorywhich products are suitable for agile and which for lean.Based on the product characteristics theory, and combining the garment industrysituation, this thesis made a method which combines qualitative, quantities andquantifying qualitative index to analyze products characteristics and match the suitablesupply chain strategy.After that, the thesis built a two stages model for suppliers selecting and orderallocation. Through the many index like quantity, service level, company socialresponsibility, EHS, territory stability and etc. as the matching indicators and capacityand cost levers to consider and analyze the order allocation problem.The key chapters have real cases to provide more details about how to use thismethod and the effects. At the same time, points out the possibility of model expense andfuture study.This thesis is trying to balance the academic and practice. And see the practice alittle more important than academic and try to use all results this study got.
