Research On Lean Management Of Information Operation And Maintenance Of Power Supply Company Based On QR Code

The implementation of "Intensified Management of Three Components and Integrated Systems of Five Processes", "Big Operation" and so on by State Grid, put forward higher requirements for the system construction of grass-roots units. The current used business process in the information operation and maintenance system of Taizhou Power Supply Company is unable to meet the intelligence requirements, and the bar code used now also has shortcomings like a small amount of information and easy to damage. Therefore, it is very important to use the QR code coding method for the information operation and maintenance management system, and realize lean management of information operation and maintenance.This paper research and analysis of the lean management of information operation and maintenance by QR code depend on the author’s practical work. It is divided into three parts, which includes requirement analysis, design and application of information operation and maintenance by QR code. In the demand analysis part, production business and the corresponding process involved in the information operation and maintenance system, and the optimization needs based on the existing system are made clear. In the part of design, the company’s organizational structure and facilities are defined, and the induction division is carried on, which in order to easy the followed design work. Then the introduction mechanism of QR code is analyzed, which includes data source, encoding standard, encryption and paste deployment. The business process optimization includes desktop operation and maintenance work flow, inspection work flow,2186 customer service process and integrated business process. The part of the application is to provide a basis for the software design of the system, so the analysis of the relation between entities is provided, which are the E-R diagrams of inspection, maintenance and contact, the database table is provided additionally. At last, the application and system evaluation of the system are carried out.This paper has basically completed the design of information operation and maintenance of power supply company based on QR code, and provides certain bases for the transformation of Taizhou Power Supply Company.
