Along with the advancement of social insurance system reform, the Guangzhouorganization of social insurance management system construction has made importantprogress, but with the rapid development of the social insurance business compared to thebroad masses of the people’s growing demand, there is a larger gap. On the otherhand is social security organization of agency of management quality is not high, the serviceobject satisfaction is not big,the enthusiasm of staff is limited; To solve these problems,theauthor and the social security organization of agency of operation management personnel anda line window staff to communicate closely and tried to through the scientific and effectivemethod of enterprise management diagnosis, the existing internal management activities,scientific and effective analysis found that the main problems, find out the reasons of theproblems, put forward feasible improvement scheme.This article first to the selected topic background and significance of reference literaturereview, research methods and research idea is discussed.
