The Effects Of Rural Human Capital Exploitation On Agricultural Economy Development For Jiangxi Province

China is a rapidly developing agricultural country, the rural population ranks first inthe world. There is no doubt that the driving force of rural economy will benefit from thedeeper and broader development of rural human resources. Therefore, how to takeadvantage of the rural human resources and retain talent are the key to create agriculturalvalue, even the development of rural economy. In order to achieve stable and sustainablegrowth of the rural economy, further research is needed Jiangxi Province is located incentral China, the agricultural economy has been further developed after nearly threedecades of reform. Although the current the amount of labor in Jiangxi are abundant, thelow quality of labor hindered the development of rural economy. The result is thedevelopment of human capital in rural areas still can’t meet the needs of rural economicdevelopment. From what has been mentioned above, it’s worth further study on how toimprove the quality of rural China’s Jiangxi Province, and tap the potential of humanresources in the process of promote the agricultural modernization.Based on Jiangxi agricultural economics and rural human capital data from1990-2011, by building a comprehensive and operable evaluation index system of ruralhuman capital level, this paper will analyze the rural human capital contribution to thedevelopment of agricultural economy in JiangXi province with the method ofeconometric methods.And then by comparing a provincial agricultural development inthe central region, finding out the differences in human capital factors the agriculturaleconomy development. The results showed that: agricultural economic development inJiangxi Province is largely influenced by the rural physical capital while the humancapital in rural areas has limited impact. On the other hand, as for the difference ofagricultural economic growth in central China，the agricultural economic growth benefitmuch form education of human capital investment than the health human capital investment. Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures forJiangXi rural human capital exploitation form different aspects.
