Research On Professional Management Of Expressway Service Area In Henan Provice

With the development of our national economy and the increase in our trafficinfrastructure investment,the construction of our expressway has made great advances.Theexpressway service area,as an important part of expressway,has also won its unprecedenteddevelopment opportunity.However,the construction and operation management models ofexisting expressway service area can not keep pace with the times.Making well themanagement for expressway service area is either the requirement of the expresswayoperation and management system itself or an urgent desire of all the drivers and passengers.Henan province is located in the central plains.It is superior in location and is one of thenational transport hub.Facing such a huge market potential, how to choose the mode ofprofessional management timely and periodically to suit the different location and trafficstructure and different types of service areas.It is the important question to expresswaymanagement department and the enterprise in Henan province.Firstly,this thesis begin with current situation and development tendency of expresswaynetwork of Henan.It combined with management experience of expressway service areas athome and abroad and according to the field survey about current situation of four typicalservice areas in Henan.This field survey got the data about traffic structure,the level ofconsumption,regional characteristics,consumer demand and degree of satisfaction detailly.Onthis basis,this thesis analyze the problems of the expressway service area in Henanprovince.Next,it classify40expressway service areas into three categories by clusteranalysis.It research the specialized management mode feasibility of different service areasaccording to three categories.And research how to realize the specialized management modescientifically and gradually.Finally,this thesis make the techno-economic analysis of chaincatering mode.It has guiding significance for improve the management level of highwayservice area of Henan province, and provides a reference for other provinces.
