Study On The Operation Management Mode Of Expressway Based On Service

Expressway is the modernized road which can provide high speed,safety,comfort specially for automobile,and can provide great volume of traffic as well as high level service. It has pivotal status and function in the economic society development and the transportation system, so it is the important symbol to weigh modernization level of national highway transportation. In recent years, the construction of expressway has been developing fleetly in our country, but the expressway service still can not incarnate high quality and equality. Along with the unceasing increase of the constructed expressway course, how to manage the expressway effectively, to exert the characteristic of the expressway fully, to attract more customers to use the expressway, and to create a better economy and social efficiency, has become an issue that transportation worker and the community concern widely.Firstly, through the discussion of the expressway's definition, its attribute, its status and function in the economic society development as well as the transportation system, the primary content of its operation management, this article has deepened the understanding of the content of its operation management, which provides theory foundation for orientation of expressway operation management. Secondly, it analyzed the recent status of the expressway construction and management, the existing problems of expressway service, and discussed the cause of problems, which made matting for introducing the service idea to expressway operation management. Thirdly, it analyzed the theory background, the practical condition and the necessary of introducing the service idea to expressway operation management, accordingly it put forward establishing the operating management mode of expressway based on service. Fourthly, it designed the instructing idea, the designing principle, the goal, the primary content, the actualizing course of the operation and management mode, and it brought forward demand investigation based on fractionizing of customers and investigation of customers'satisfaction degree, three idiographic measures to improve service. These idiographic measures aim at defending and avoiding continuous accident after the traffic accident happening at expressway, reducing the times that the expressway may close to ensure traffic in greatest extent and improving service section. At last, on the base of above researches, this article has obtained conclusions, innovations, as well as suggestions for further study.
