Research On Technology Innovation Strategy For Shanxi Coking Group Co., Ltd

Nowadays, enterprises are facing violent competition worldwide. Technological innovation is an effectual strategic way of improving their competitive advantage and gaining the core competence. When the enterprises develop to a certain stage, technological innovation will take the place of investment increase to become the radical factor of their economic development by raising productivity. How to shape a technology strategy suitable to enterprises'overall development is an important step for their technological policy establishment. From the point of view of technological innovation, this paper has made a study of the technological strategy frame of Shanxi Coking Group Co., Ltd. (SXGC).Firstly, this paper introduces the basic situation of SXGC and its parent company-Shanxi Coking and Coal Group, describes the essential theory of technological innovation, and proposes that the technological innovation be the key strategy for future development of SXGC.Secondly, this paper has investigated SXGC's innovation environment. With the change of global economy and the rapid development of the coking and chemical industry, SXGC faces a favorable condition as for its technological innovation, but there still exists some threats in the way as to its outside developing environment. Considering that SXGC possesses some basic condition for technological innovation, SXGC should break through such limitation to put its innovation strategy into practice successfully.Then by advantage of the stage analyzing method, this paper has evaluated SXGC's technological novelty developing capability and pointed out and discussed the three key blocking factors such as insufficient innovation talents, short investment input, incomplete and inflexible innovation mechanism that limit SXGC's innovation capability realization.In the end, this paper has given a analyzation and thinks of SXGC's technological innovation strategy. To realize this aim, 6 means of works should be carried out, such as training the sci-tech staffs, increasing the scientific research investment; establishing new exploring consciousness, shaping an effectual and stable technological innovation mechanism, establishing a complete innovation organization, strengthening the cooperation among the industry, colleges, and research units.
