China is a developing country, it’s essential to found and solve the problems indeveloping. Under the background of globalization, food security has becomeextremely important in the global supply chain which by highly attention.It would be directly affect people’s health and life safety when food securityproblems appeared. At the same time, food security has become a major strategicissue which affects the food industry and agricultural development in our country.Research and solve the existing food safety problems are particularly necessary andurgent. A more serious problem was that the barrages of food safety problems werenot a government testing agencies found during daily routine detection function, butthe relevant departments to carry out investigates after network, newspapers and otherMedias revealed. It shows that both the government management modes and detectionmethods are lagging behind. In this paper, through the analysis of the status quo ofdomestic food safety problems and the transverse compare with the developedcountries in food safety management mode, analyzes the root of China’s food securityissues, and combined with China’s specific national conditions, try to find a foodsecurity management mode which is more suitable for China’s current development.
