Research Report On Basic Food Safety Regulatory Problem

Food safety concerns the people’s health、life security and social stability. With the improvement of living standards and quality of life, people increasingly focus on quality and security of food.But in recent years, repeated food safety incidents make the public feel anxiety and worry, and as China’s most basic administrative unit of the county government, facing the vast rural and grassroots, wide coverage, large scope of management directly. The food safety supervision mechanism and effect of the county government’s will be the impact to the people’s food safety and health of China’s vast rural areas directly. It is of great significance to study it.Due to the section and department regulations of China’s food safety, the national food safety regulation is put forward the super-ministries reform, this paper argues that with the new reform package corresponds to the model of regulation in the feasibility and operability, especially at a basic level of food safety regulators are weak in supervision strength, regulators are sound but regulation task are arduous. It will strengthen supervision, improve the efficiency of regulation, guarantee the food safety to integrate the functions, organization, personnel.Ye county of this article is to survey the food safety problems and the reasons, the relevant regulatory supervision responsibility and the actual supervision status,, China’s food safety regulatory model analysis of weinan, tianjin, shenzhen, shunde, and the state council in2013institutional reform in the analysis of food safety regulatory reform, put forward perfect food safety supervision mechanism at the grassroots level construction safety countermeasures and suggestions of regulatory pathway.
