Agricultural machinery exports has been a hot issue that scholars concern andmake research into, as it not only reflects the situation of agricultural economy, butalso reflects the international status concerning a nation’s level of agricultural scienceand technology. Agricultural machinery products is the world’s comparative advantagein the export trade of goods, is also one of the main products of high technical content,its structure and quality of a country’s export products upgrading plays a key role, bepaid attention to by the countries all over the world.Agricultural machinery products asone of the important export commodities in China, has become the focus of China’sexports.For our country agricultural machinery products, in the face of the globalfinancial volatility of many uncertain factors and complicated international anddomestic environment and national markets, how to seize the opportunity to expandproducts export, is today one of the urgent need to solve problems in the practicalwork.Henan Province, as a major agricultural province in China, possesses the strengthof manufacturing agricultural machinery.In Africa market in henan province has itsown unique advantages, the obvious advantages of henan comprehensive economicsustained economic growth, increasing total, good development foundation, thedevelopment potential is tremendous, relatively complete agricultural machinerycategory, scale increasing agricultural machinery enterprises. Exports of agriculturalmachinery to African area can increase agricultural income and open up foreignmarkets, increasing market share.In this dissertation, by means of the approach from theory to practice and themethod of economic analysis.First, this paper expounds the research background,problem, purpose and significance of this article, at the same time, through to thedomestic and foreign articles collected from henan province agricultural machinery exports to Africa have research value.And then, the basic concept and characteristicsof agricultural machinery and agricultural machinery exports are introduced.Meanwhile, the causes of agricultural machinery exports, namely the objective andsubjective reasons, are discussed.Through empirical research, combined with theactual situation of agricultural machinery development in Henan Province and Africanarea, the importance and necessity of agricultural machinery exports in HenanProvince are analyzed, including the use of intra industry trade to analyze the necessityof export of agricultural machinery from Henan Province to African area. Throughintroduction to economic status and agricultural machinery demand in four majorcities in the east, south, west, north of African area，the feasibility of export ofagricultural machinery from Henan Province to Africa is demonstrated. Combinedwith a large number of data, the analysis of international competitiveness is carried outregarding the export of agriculture machinery from Henan Province to African area,drawing the conclusion that the prospect of export of agriculture machinery fromHenan Province to Africa is considerable, and summarizing the existing problems inthe process of its export. Finally, recommended policy of accelerating the export ofagricultural machinery from Henan Province to African area is put forward, namely"law","information","service","cultivation".
