Export Business In The Development Export Oriented Agriculture In Henan Province And Its Optimization

As a new agricultural development mode,export-oriented agriculture carries out international cooperation and exchange through the import and export business of agricultural products production and processing,meets the needs of global economic exchange and development,and brings new economic growth points through international cooperation of regional characteristic agricultural products and advanced agricultural production technologies.Developing export-oriented agriculture is conducive to adjusting the agricultural production structure and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture.Henan’s export-oriented agriculture is guided by the international market demand,aiming at earning foreign exchange through export,and actively cooperates with cooperative countries in the fields of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,agricultural machinery and agricultural products production and processing.Under the joint action of policy environment support,its own agricultural basic advantages,location and transportation advantages,and agricultural science and technology advantages,export-oriented agriculture has ushered in rapid development.With the deepening of international agricultural products trade cooperation,export-oriented agriculture in Henan Province has many opportunities and challenges in the actual production and management process.In the process of developing export business,Henan’s export-oriented agriculture should check its shortcomings,make up for its weaknesses and make good use of its strengths,so as to promote the precise combination of the advantages of resources in the province and the advantages of China’s platform,and better promote Henan’s export-oriented agriculture to go abroad and show the value of Chinese brands in the international market.In view of this,on the basis of on-the-spot investigation,combined with the policy orientation of "the belt and road initiative" in China’s new era and new development stage,this paper analyzes the current situation of export business in the development of export-oriented agriculture in Henan province,summarizes the main problems existing in export business in the development of export-oriented agriculture,and further optimizes the countermeasures of export business in the development of export-oriented agriculture in Henan province.Under the guidance of win-win cooperation theory,open economy theory and comparative advantage theory,this paper mainly studies the export business in the development of export-oriented agriculture in Henan Province by means of literature study,case study and investigation analysis.Through in-depth analysis of the advantages and opportunities of export-oriented agriculture in Henan Province,it summarizes the main advantages and conditions of agricultural resources,location transportation,agricultural science and technology in Henan Province.By collecting and sorting out the international trade situation,export structure,export market and export trade mode of agricultural products in Henan Province in recent years,based on the sorting and analysis of the data,it is concluded that there are some problems in the development of export-oriented agriculture in Henan Province,such as the quality of agricultural products needs to be improved,the influence of agricultural products brands is not strong,the export structure of agricultural products lacks rationality,agricultural professionals are lacking,and the leading agricultural enterprises’ driving and innovation capabilities are not fully exerted.Based on the advanced experience of export-oriented agriculture development in Shandong and Xinjiang and the field investigation of a well-represented export-oriented agricultural enterprise in Henan Province,this paper proposes to improve the export quality and popularity of agricultural products,optimize the export structure of agricultural products,enhance the reserve of agricultural professionals,and give full play to the industrial driving and innovative role of agricultural enterprises.This research should be able to provide some basic materials for the related research of export-oriented agriculture in China,enrich the research materials of export-oriented agriculture,and provide some decision-making reference for promoting the development of export-oriented agriculture in China more effectively.
