Study On Agricultural Products Circulation Model In Yu Zhou

The agricultural product circulation refers to the transfer of agriculturalproducts from producing phase to consuming phase, it is an important way to realizethe value of agricultural products and reduce the transaction costs of agriculturalproducts. During the circulation of agricultural products, each node of the supply chainrepresents the different interests and lacks trust and coordination between them, so theexisting circulation models can’t effectively promote the further development of theproducing and marketing of agricultural products. An efficient circulation model is away to solve the difficulty of buying and selling agricultural products, is a way tostabilize the supply and demand of agricultural products, is a way to promote theconstruction of agriculture, rural areas, farmers and the social stability. Thisstudy takes Yu Zhou as the research object, to explore the most suitable circulationmodel for Yu Zhou.First of all, the development status and the problems of4kinds of agriculturalproducts circulation model in Yu Zhou are studied, and the "farmers+consumers"model has the characteristics of unplanned, and the blindness of the producing process,so it can’t meet the demand of "mass production, big circulation", but it is still animportant survival way for the elderly to live in rural country, so it will continue toexist in the short term."Farmers+wholesale market" model is the most importantagricultural product circulation model in Yu Zhou. It corresponds to the current levelof productivity, and will occupy the main position in the future."Farmers+cooperative+company" model connects farmers and companies through cooperativesand it has great creativity and potential. With the continuous improvement of the ruralland circulation mechanism, this model will develop fast and occupy a certain position.The development of “Farmers+cooperative+supermarket" model is not optimistic,this is because the undeveloped cooperation with the cooperative, the non-standardproducing, the high threshold of the supermarket and the long period of profit return. This model doesn’t match with the current level of productivity in Yu Zhou. Then，the fourkinds of agricultural product circulation models have been carried into the SWOTanalysis, and get the conclusion that the four kinds of agricultural product circulationmodels exist strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.Then, the paper analyzes the successful experience of the domestic and foreignadvanced agricultural product circulation models, and gains the experience andenlightenment, such as cultivate the agricultural product circulation intermediaryorganizations, develop leading enterprises and large farmers of agriculture, strengthenthe service function of information technology, develop efficient agricultural logisticssystem, strengthen the coordinated development between the agricultural productssupply chain nodes and so on.Again, combining with the development of China’s future situation, we establish avariety of mechanisms to promote the development of agricultural products circulationmodel in Yu Zhou from the perspective of agricultural products supply chaincollaboration. First, establish the mechanism of agricultural products circulationorganization, set up and strengthen the construction of organization and main body ofcirculation; Second, establish the interest distribution mechanism, distribute theinterest on the basis of the principles, set up the incentive mechanism at the same time,take measures to increase the overall interests of the supply chain; Third, establish theoperation support mechanism, including talent support, cultural support andgovernment regulation support; Fourth, establish the price prediction mechanism, setup agricultural product price database and price forecasting models, standardize theagricultural prices forecast information distribution channels.In the end, the paper concludes that it should pay more attention to thedevelopment of "farmers+wholesale market" model and "cooperative+farmers+company" model in Yu Zhou, the limitation of paper and the future research.
