In one enterprise, participation and devotion of employees are the guarantee for theenterprise to win in the market. A scientific and reasonable staff performanceappraisal system is not only helpful for attracting and keeping employees, but also forimproving the overall performance of the enterprise. As competition in the bankingindustry becomes more fierce, the initiative of employees is playing an important rolefor expanding market share of an enterprise and a scientific performance managementis the guarantee for making sure that employees are trying their best to fight formarket share. Therefore, this paper has made a brief introduction on problemsexisting in relevant systems of Quanzhou branch of China Citic Bank for evaluatingperformance of enterprise-specific customer managers and elaborated the influence ofthese problems on enterprise development.Through analyzing the competition state of the banking industry and challenges itfaces, this paper has come up with research objectives. In other words, this paper hasanalyzed problems existing in the performance evaluation system forenterprise-specific customer managers in Quanzhou branch of China Citic Bank, aswell as practical value and significance of this research, and come up withcorresponding suggestions for solving these problems.
