Talent is the first resource development banks,but also the key of power,and the customer manager as the bank line of front-line staff,representing the level of banking services,but also an important guarantee for the smooth development of the banking business,the customer manager's performance directly affects the market competitiveness of banks.Therefore,it is of great significance for banks to build a professional and highly qualified customer manager team in the actual operation and management,which is also an important goal of human resources management of major banks.This paper aims to solve the evaluation of customer manager performance of Beijing bank Xi'an branch to implement comprehensive assessment in the financial environment,give the customer manager in the industry attractive salary,effective incentive for customer problems,by using literature research method,investigation method and case study method,in-depth analysis of existing problems of the performance appraisal Manager the customer and the reasons,so as to improve the performance evaluation level,to provide internal support for the Bank of Beijing Xi'an branch of business strategy.Based on the Beijing Xi'an branch of the bank customer manager performance appraisal status quo,Beijing bank Xi'an branch account manager and the basic situation,the present performance evaluation system,and pointed out that the existing performance evaluation system,analysis of existing problems;secondly,clear customer manager performance appraisal system optimization design,namely the design of strategic performance management system based on BSC,and carries on the adjustment to the manager's salary and compensation system optimization design and performance and the design of performance appraisal standards;finally,combing the optimized performance appraisal system of customer manager in the implementation process,the implementation of a given security manager performance evaluation system optimization,including the security system(making + channels involved in the assessment of customer manager to manage customer manager,customer manager(technical support)level tube System support ?customer database service system),security personnel(all personnel involved in the coordination of economic construction and customer)and culture(to guarantee the strategy and performance of the combination of culture and culture,deepen the customer service manager)customer manager performance appraisal system to ensure the smooth implementation of optimization.
