The Manufacturing Company plays a very important role in our economy development. China is becoming the world manufacturer center with her joined WTO, which gives the new chance and challenge to our Manufacturer. It is necessary for the enterprise to introduce an ERP system to help enhance competitive power. Thus, Due to the thoughts of management disparities among enterprises, the succeeded rate and utilization rate is not high in the period of ERP's implementation in our country. So how to implement the ERP system effectively is the problem we are facingM company is one sole proprietorship enterprise of the world top 500 investing in China. As the company developing, the need market expanded, the current simply stock software and individual Finanace system cannot give the enough information to meet with the requirement of company running. Overstocked inventory, the parts delivery delay, the manufactory order can not be finished on time etc, many problems occurred. So it is necessary for M company to introduce an ERP system to solve the problems of they are facing and make good management and control of the company's total resources. Make the products meets the market need very well enhance the company competitive power in the world.By the case study of the ERP system implementation in M Company and combining the theory with practice, the analysis of the critical success factors of ERP implementation and application in Companies, The author hope to give some right methods to the companies which are being to introduce the ERP or does not succeed in the implementation of ERP.
