Studies On The Impact Of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance Social Capital On Corporate Alliance Performance

With the accelerate pace of economic globalization,enterprises solely relying on their own resources to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage become harder and harder.In this case,the platform provided by the Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance has become an important way for enterprises to obtain innovative resources.But with the increasing number of leagues,the league's failure rate is rising.As show by date,the success rate of league is not more than 30%.So a business how to achieve alliance goals and improve the alliance performance become an important issue for enterprise.And it is also a difficult problem paid by scholar.On the basis of existing research,the trust between members of the coalition can lead to resource sharing among members,and the fairness perception of alliance can improve the satisfaction of the union,and finally improve their alliance performance.But in the existing study,many studies focus on relational capital in research about social capital and corporate alliance performance,and ignored other content about social capital.Therefore,through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis of the 368 enterprises surveyed in alliance of 6 regional,this paper analyzes in detail the mechanism of how the three dimensions of alliance social capital affects the performance of corporate alliance.And on the basis,letting knowledge sharing and alliance fairness perception as mediator of relational social capital and corporate alliance performance.Through theoretical exploration and quantitative analysis,some important results are obtained as follows.Alliance social capital,knowledge sharing positively and significantly correlates with corporate alliance performance,and different dimensions of social capital has different effects,and the use it plays on knowledge sharing is larger than that of social capital.Knowledge sharing plays a partly intermediary role between the dimension of alliance social capital and enterprise performance.Alliance fairness perception has significant moderating effect on the relationship between alliance social capital and enterprise performance,but it not moderating effect on the dimension of structural capital.In addition,these research results offer some guidelines and suggestions to firms to prove alliance performance with social capital.
