Under the background of increased competitive pressures,economic globalization,and shortened technology replacement cycle,Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance pop up quickly,becoming an effective organization to reduce conversion costs,expand business application resources,as well as enhance core competitiveness.Faced with the dynamic,complexity and risk nature of technological innovation,enterprises in the industrial technology alliance network not only need to maintain stable relationship with their partners to obtain tacit knowledge,but also face challenges to maintain its knowledge heterogeneity by continuous exploratory and exploitation and sustaining endeavor of seeking new partnerships.Existing alliance analysis framework has shown that alliance relationship have an important impact on innovation performance.In the environment with limited resources,equipped with both explorative and exploitative competence,namely equipped with organizational ambidextrous competence is essential for enhancing innovation performance.Leading by the innovation-driven strategies,it is significant for the enterprises in the industrial technology alliance to master the methods of maintaining friendly relationship with their partners,as well as obtaining organizational ambidexterity,to improve innovation performance.Centered on the enterprises in the Industrial Technology Alliances,the article first analyses the connotation,features,and key factors of alliance relationship,organizational ambidexterity and innovation performance based on domestic and international researches.Then we adopt Likert-type scale to measure our key variables,including Affiliation Satisfaction,affiliation stability,explorative capability,exploitative capability and innovation performance.Based on the above analysis,we build an Alliances-Organizational Ambidexterity-Innovation Performance theoretical model in which the alliance relationship is divided into affiliation satisfaction and affiliation stability,and the organizational ambidexterity is divided into balanced ambidexterity which focused on the difference between exploration and exploitation,synergistic ambidexterity which focused on the product of the two and integrated ambidexterity which focused on the product of balanced ambidexterity and synergistic ambidexterity.Then we put forward relevant theoretical assumptions,and make some verification and analysis of the conceptual model with the help of expect consulting,questionnaire survey and SPSS analysis in order to come to the conclusion.The result shows that Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance with better affiliation satisfaction and stability experience better innovation performance,as well as better synergistic ambidexterity and integrated ambidexterity.At the same time,synergistic ambidexterity and integrated ambidexterity plays a significant intermediary role between alliance relationship and innovation performance.Besides,the impact of balanced ambidexterity on innovation performance is not significant.So enterprises in Industrial Technology Alliance may not need to deliberately average the investment between exploration and exploitation,and a choice depended on their own advantages or union environment will be better.
