Since the new century, economic globalization trends to accelerateobviously, economy structure adjustment continuously promotes, and domesticenterprises face more severe challenges. Human resource is the most valuablewealth of enterprise, the management of it has a more profound and importantsignificance. However, through the human resources management of domesticenterprise was near the western modern management system, but due to theincomplete of theory research and blindness of application, firms which use avariety of management methods and concepts attach great importance to the localweakness. And facing the challenges of the competitors, the weakness is boundto make the enterprise suffer, so companies need a new method to have overallmanagement framework to reverse this situation.Human resource maturity model aims to integrate the various resources andmanagement practices, and provide enterprises a management system that canmaintain its long-term competitiveness. At present many large companies in theworld have introduced this kind of management method. Some domesticcompanies have passed the certification of the P-CMM scale and proved that thiskind of management method can enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises.The current human resources situation of H company is in a state ofconfusion and need to enhance their competitive strength through integration.This paper will design a corresponding business conditions for H companydepend on human resource management maturity model method, andcountermeasures of corresponding management.
