Along the deepening of economic globalization, Chinese has become oneof the countries with the most development potential in the world. After Chinaunprecedented rapid economic growth, Chinese enterprises increasinglyinternationalization develop. Many excellent Chinese enterprises join the ranksof multinational corporations. Multinational companies not only havedevelopment in China, it strength to spread to all countries. Since twenty-firstCentury many Chinese in Thailand setup companies, most are the small andmedium-sized Enterprise Inc such as: tourism, agriculture, industry, and otherbusiness etc.Recently, in order to reduce the company’s cost and get more profit, mostChina Company in Thailand hire Thai employees to work. Differentnationalities in the organization of these Thailand and China multinationalenterprises established cultural differences, when Thai and Chinese employeesworking together. Due to cultural differences, they are easily in the process ofcommunication differences. Their cooperation are not very good, whichresponsibility between staffs to realize the objectives of the company may notbe completed. Therefore, to understand Thai employees in China Companywhich have different points of view and adaptation in communication, to adaptto cultural difference that have impact on Thai employee analysis.This paper first introduces the related theory of culture, cultural adaptationtheory, adaptation theory. In the base case of research, the second chapterdescribes the understanding of organizational culture, interculturalcommunication and intercultural adaptation, understanding China and workingin Thailand. Also describes the meaning of corporate culture and cross-culturalconflict factors, understanding obstacles in cross-cultural communication and inChinese cross-cultural company problems. The third chapter is characteristicsof employee in the China Company, culture and language of Chinese leadershipand colleagues’.China Company’s three aspects analyzes, the impact to thecross-cultural differences in Thailand to the employees, general adjustment ofThai employees in China Company. At the same time, this paper points out thatthe state of staff in Thailand, Thai employees employ in China Company andthe perceived of China Company in improvement of working condition. If wecan do these, Thai employees could adapt to be positive in cross-cultural inChina Company, therefore, Thai employees can quickly adapt and achieve effective communication, the company and employees may also exert synergyeffect.
