| The Services Industries covers a wide field. It not only contains traditionalcommercial circulation industry, but also the finance and insurance industry, realtyindustry, information service businesses are included. Meanwhile, education, hygienist,social security, cultural and sports entertainment industry are considered belonging to theservice industries. The developing speed and direction of a city largely depends on theprosperity of services industries. In current society, services industries play an importantrole in improving a society’s development. It is especially important for a resource-basedcity in adjusting industrial structure, increasing the employment, and changing the modeof economic growth.Based on the research of modern service industry at home and abroad, andconsidering the economic situation of Qian’an, this paper analyses the foundationã€remaining problemsã€advantages and disadvantages about developing service industries.Besides, the developing targets and tasks in the future are confirmed. According to theactual situation about Qian’an, the relevant suggestionsã€development ideas and fixedposition are provided. Last but not the least, the scientific overall arrangement andsafeguards of services industries are discussed.The paper blazes new trails in the overall arrangement. It breaks through thedevelopment location of the city and the natural mode of services industries. Meanwhile, anew pattern and thinking are explored. A planning scheme is put forwarded according tothe current situation of Qian’an. In the aspect of overall arrangement, there exist severalkinds of ways. For example, the producer services industries way, life services industriesway, and six-functional-center way. The six-functional centers are financial service center,creative culture center, shopping center, and headquarters economy center. And thus thedeveloping level of Qian’an services industries can adapt to the development of the cityand the industrial adjustment. |
