With over30years of reform and opening-up, our economy develops rapidly,urbanization level is improving every day, the scale of urbanization keeps expanding, theabove phenomena promote the suburbanization. And then, a problem that can not beignored arises spontaneously-The formation and development of rural-urban fringe zone.The rural-urban fringe is the key zone connecting city and countryside, Its formationis due to the rapid development of urbanization and it will have a greatinfluence on urbanization t reasonable, ordered, and healthy development or not. So, theresearch on the problem of urban-rural fringe in the process of urbanization, and it hasa very important theoretical and practical significance. This paper takes3Tangshan urban-rural fringe areas in Hebei province as example and usees quantitativeapproach, literature research method and questionnaire survey to explore restricting factorsof rural-urban fringe zone in the urbanization deeply and puts forward some concreteadvice and solutions.Firstly, this paper explains research background and research meaning, introduces theresearch status of rural-urban fringe zone and urbanization of scholars of the world andpointed out this paper elaborated research method and the main content. Secondly, thispaper introduces concepts and theories of rural-urban fringe zone and urbanization.Thirdly, logistic model is used to predict the future city development level based onsummary of the city development stage, this paper illustrates the dynamicmechanism of urban and rural and development status and dilemma of rural-urban fringezone in the urbanization process, this paper takes questionnaire of rural-urban fringe zonein Tangshan, Hebei Province as data sources, built linear regression model of factorsinfluencing the development of rural-urban fringe zone. besides, it verifies and analysesthe research hypothesis. Finally, in the view of the theory of urban-rural integration,put forward basic idea and specific suggestions of in the management of rural-urban fringezone, that is: accelerating the reform of the national land acquisition system, advancing thereform of rural collectiveeconomic organizations, promoting township system turn to thestreet system, realizing village committee turn to neighborhood committees, constructing the employment system of integration of urban and rural, constructing thesocial security system the of integration of urban and rural.This study not only can enrich the theoretical knowledge of the rural-urban fringezone and urbanization, but also to some extent can play a learning and instruction role inpolicy making of controling rural-urban fringe zone. Thus, this paper provides a strongguarantee to realize the healthy and high-speed development of urbanization ofrural-urban fringe zone.
