Study About Food Safety Supervision In The Urban-rural Fringe Zone

In recent years,with the repeated exposure of food safety incidents,"food safety" has become a topic to the people of the whole country,and the situation of food safety is serious.As the third ecosystem independent of urban and rural areas,the problems of food safety in the urban-rural fringe zone are more serious.It is urgent to improve the efficiency of food safety supervision in the urban-rural fringe zone.Problems about food safety supervision in the urban-rural fringe zone are the main factors affecting the efficiency of food safety supervision in the urban-rural fringe zone.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and solve the problems existing in food safety supervision in the urban-rural fringe zone.This paper takes the food safety supervision of the urban-rural fringe zone in the Y county of Shanxi Province as an example,through the methods of interview,questionnaire and collection data,the paper studies problems existing in the food safety supervision,and analyses the causes of the problems and puts forward some solutions to inhance the supervision efficiency.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the food safety supervision in the urban-rural fringe zone of Y county has some problems,such as the difficulty of accomplishing the plan and goal of supervision,the difficulty of administrative standard and punishment.The main reasons for the problems of supervision are that the enthusiasm of supervisors is not high,working mechanisms of regulator are unreasonable,some laws and regulations are not applicable,the quantity and professionalization of supervision resources are limited,and the comprehensive quality of supervision object is not high.Therefore,in the proposed solutions,subjectively,to improve the working enthusiasm of supervisors,it is suggested to increase the trainning and humanistic care for supervisors,improve the working mechanisms about personnel management,reward and punishment;objectively,to reduce the difficulty of work,it is suggested torefine the relevant laws and regulations and improve the operation mechanisms about work,be equipped with adequate and professional supervision resources,increase the training to the managers of food enterprises and conduct and help the enterprises to cultivate food safety culture,etc.
