Currently, the development of the wind power industry is drawing high attentionfrom the government. Wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises enjoys soundmomentum, while companies are facing greater pressure and challenges. On the onehand, distribution of timeliness, completeness and quality of the goods will directlydetermine the market competitiveness of wind power equipment enterprises; on theother hand, distribution costs in wind power equipment enterprises with started late andrapid development. Therefore, improving distribution business process of wind powerequipment enterprises provides the research directions to reduce distribution costs,on-time delivery, enhancing human capacity. In this paper, based on business processoptimization theory and methods, modeling, analysis and optimization of distributionbusiness processes of the wind power equipment enterprises are studied deeply.This paper includes the following sections:Firstly, studied generally the distribution business process optimization of windpower equipment enterprises. Elaborated the basic content of distribution businessprocesses, based on analyzing and in-depth studying the status of wind powerequipment enterprises and the common business process modeling method, selectedPetri Net as the modeling method for distribution business process of wind powerequipment enterprises; On this basis, proposed wind power equipment enterprisesdistribution business process optimization technical solutions from three aspectsincluding research ideas, research technology roadmap and research general framework.Secondly, combined with characteristics of distribution business processes of windpower equipment enterprises, based on object-oriented technology improved methodsfor Petri Net is proposed to analyzing and modeling for wind power equipmententerprises distribution business process. What’s more, analyzed in-depth constructionmethods, formal definition, graphical representation, modeling steps and correctnessanalysis of the improved Petri Net.Then, based on improved Petri Net proposed procedures and methods to establishwind power equipment enterprises distribution business process models. Consideringfrom time, cost and capacity three aspects to build wind power equipment enterprisesdistribution business process optimization models. Based on activity-based costing builta costing calculating model to analyze cost of each job in the business process. On this basis, combining production theory in economics, cost capacity state diagram analysismethod is proposed based on improved Petri nets for solving the optimization model,cost analysis and capacity analysis.Finally, verified distribution business process optimization method for wind powerequipment enterprises via wind farm spare parts distribution business processes in HEnterprises.
