The Optimization Study Of Dynamic Business Processes Based On Heuristic Petri Nets

The world today has witnessed the dynamic needs of the business process, and further, in order to help enterprises maximize their profits, one major concern is how to optimize dynamic business process.As a graphical and mathematical modeling tool applicable to multi-system, Petri nets provides strong support for analysis, description and research into complex, changeable and dynamic system. Based on these advantages, this paper selects Petri nets to set up and optimize the dynamic business process model. Taking the key factors, which will affect the process optimization, as heuristic factors. It utilizes a fuzzy inference model to solve the heuristic factor problem. Based on the above analysis, it assesses the impact of heuristic factors on dynamic business processes. While, the main work of the thesis are as follows:Firstly, the paper analyzes the main structure of the dynamic business processes in the application of H-PN model and further establishes a universal dynamic business process H-PN model.Secondly, taking the key factors, which will affect the process optimization, as heuristic factors of the H-PN model. Through fuzzy reasoning modeling, it gives the solving method of heuristic factors.Thirdly, solving method of heuristic factors and business process optimization algorithm are designed. Through computer programming, the combination is realized.Fourthly, a case study of the take down process is deployed to verify the effectiveness of applying H-PN model into dynamic business processes optimization.Through MATLAB simulation, we realize the combination of solving method of heuristic factors and business process optimization process. The results show that:the optimal path of the dynamic business processes will change with the uncertain information caused by outside world and the change of the optimal flow path will ultimately leads the final income to change. So, it’s important to found a reasonable dynamic business process optimization program. In addition, this paper provides a new way of thinking for the study of dynamic business process optimization.
