In the meantime, it’s very urgent tostrengthen the promulgation of science and technology in rural areas and improve thescientific and cultural quality of the farmers, so that solve the "three rural" issuefundamentally. To build a well-off society in an all-round way calls for major efforts todevelop the science popularization works in the rural areas. The party and all leadersalso appreciate the promulgation of science and technology since the founding of newChina. In the work of science popularization, the promulgation of science andtechnology in rural areas has been the most important task. The science popularizationworks in the rural areas plays key roles in the economic, cultural construction of ourcountry, especially since the national leaders have been proposed two importantstratagems of "revitalizing the nation through science and education" and of setting upan innovative country. At present, some scholars make an analysis about the present situation of thepromulgation of science and technology in rural areas, and summarizes some problems,such as content simple, Lack of expertise, inadequate fund, etc., at the same time theyput forward valuable suggestions to solve these problems. But, we should start from thebasic theory of science popularization and sum up some applicable general advicesbecause that China is a vast country，and the situations are different in different regions, moreover, there have some differences in problems what exist in popularization ofscience.
