The Research Of Chongqing Affordable Housing Site Based On TOD Mode

The12th national five-year plan period is the key period of construction ofgovernment affordable housing,and affordable housing is an important measure to solvethe city in low and middle income families.But from the already completed and put intouse in affordable housing of view,site selection is very unreasonable,such as someaffordable housing is located in the edge of the city or suburbs which is lack of publictransport and public service facilities,bringing a lot of inconvenience to residents butalso some pressure to the city traffic. Therefore,taking reasonablestrategies and adviceis very important.to improve the quality of the affordable housing residents life.In this paper,it mianly usedliterature research method, analysis method and caseresearch method,and based on the basic theory of TOD,related issues on the location ofChongqing affordable housing.were studied. Firstly, defined the basic concepts anddefines the scope of the paper,elaborated the scale development and construction ofChongqing affordable housing,analysis of the Chongqing indemnificatory housinghousing hascosts and its economy, public transportation and residential community,employment space and residential growth, public service facilities and residentialenvironment mismatch problem.Secondly, it introduced the connotation and the basicfunctionof TOD, and structure, applicable range, land use characteristics ofTOD,andalso analysis of the United States of America, Singapore, Hongkong andBeijing by using practical cases of TOD for providing a reference role to TOD ofChongqing affordable housing site.Finally, elaborated location factors and principles ofthe affordable housing, analyzedthe necessity ofChongqing affordable housing sitecombined with TOD,and putting forward the optimization strategy of Chongqingaffordable housing site based on the TOD from the macro, meso, micro three aspects,Atthe same time, using the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethodfor Minxin garden, Kang Zhuang meidi, KangJvxicheng, KangZhuang meidi is morein line with the TOD selection, and gives the TOD rail transit station distance, thesurrounding housing consumption income ratio,the suitable ratio of TOD structure inthe post，the construction scale public service facilities is four importantfactors basedonTOD of Chongqing affordable housing location focus.
