Researches On The Problems And Related Countermeasures Of Xi'an Middle-income Families' Housing

In recent years, the local governments respond positively to the call of our country that they have enlarged gradually to the low-income families' housing security. And they have promulgated a relevant policies so that part of the housing difficulties of low-income families have been resolved. However, there are still a considerable number of middle-income families with housing problems, because these families' income can not afford the current housing prices in our country's real estate market. And the government departments have not also issued the unified solutions, therefore, this part of middle-income families' housing problems has become a hotspot of current research.Based on the survey of China's current policy on housing security, this paper points out the housing problems of China's middle-income families, then through an analysis of middle-income people's role and position in social development, it clearly addresses the necessity to solve these middle-income families' housing problems; Beginning with the analysis on the reasons for the existence of middle-income families' housing difficulties in our country, this paper describes some measures that have been taken by some local governments to solve the local middle-income families' housing problems, especially about the exploration and implementation of the price-limited housing and economic rental housing policy, and then analyzes some of the problems encountered in the implementation of the price-limited housing and economic rental housing policy; Combination with the experience at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a solution to China's middle-income families' housing problems, especially the corresponding Countermeasures for the price-limited housing policy's drawbacks; Taking Xi'an as the example, I have carried on the empirical analysis to the front research content of this paper, through analyzing and calculating, this paper has determined the Xi'an middle-income families' income limits and made a prediction of its scale, and then taken a detailed analysis and research on the reasons for these families' existing housing difficulties, and finally it has put forward some suitable measures, this part is the focus of this paper.The core content of this paper is to come up with a reasonable solution through the analysis of China's middle-income families' housing difficulties, especially the specific implementation of the price-limited housing.
