AD-TOYO lighting company is a domestic well-known architectural lightingsolutions provider in Guang Dong Province. From the beginning of2011, thedevelopment of enterprises were facing many problems, in the lighting industrymarket, the situation and technology was undergoing tremendous change,company’s development strategy need to be further studied. Aimed at theproblem of existence, the company should develop and implement newdevelopment strategy to implement the company’s overall strategictransformation.The main purpose of this study is from AD company experience in theprocess of strategic transition, focuses on the analysis of internal and externalenvironment change trend, find the key factor for enterprise development, putforward the optimal choice of strategic pattern, and make suggestions for thestrategic transformation of the major measures. At the same time, the generallaw of the relevant enterprises who are the privately operated in small andmedium-sized transforming from the manufacturing industry to science andtechnology innovation industrial transition will be provided.The research method is the use of the strategy management theory and relatedanalysis tool, by collection of AD internal business data and information, visiting the company top management, collection and analysis of industry andmarket research reports, the theoretical research and empirical research,qualitative and quantitative analysis, text and diagrams illustrate the method ofcombining, sum up experience, analysis of gains and losses, provide an in-depthand detailed study and discussion for strategy of AD company. While at thesame time, the reference to other enterprises in the same industry situation andcombining with the theoretical analysis, formulated as a new strategy for thedevelopment of reference.The contents of the research includes the industry development trend, ADcompany’s internal and external environment analysis, a clear business strategytransformation of the necessity. First, according to AD’s internal and externalenvironment analysis, including the lighting industry’s basic situation, industryclassification, development trend of the market, the market competitionenvironment and so on. Secondly, from the current situation of AD companyanalysis, find out the key resources and conditions of strategic transformation,with SWOT analysis method, to explore and analyze the strategic restructuringof the model selection problem. In third, combined with the strategicmanagement and technological innovation theory, explore the process of theimplementation of the strategy of major measures, implementation of thestrategy proposed suggestions and strategies. Finally, this thesis sum up theresults from the study of business transformation strategy and mode.
