Study On Industrialization Poverty Alleviation Method Of Jiangxi Province In The New Period

Since entering the Twelfth Five Period, the CCCPC and the Central Governmentof China increase input for poverty alleviation as the poor situation developed, andalso raise higher demand for the industrialization poverty alleviation, which is regardas an important method of poverty alleviation. Renowned for its revolutionary historyand poor situation, Jiangxi Province achieved great success with the contribution ofindustrialization poverty alleviation. But new problems emerge in the new period,such as incomplete policy system, imperfect working mechanism and poor standard.Therefore, based on the analysis of the statue and problems of currentindustrialization poverty alleviation in Jiangxi, and summary and comparison of thecurrent working models for the new period, in this paper the author will put forwardpolicy suggestions from the aspects of organizational mechanism, plan formulation,increasing input, raising standard, institution innovation and supplement systemconstruction. And it hoped that this will provide reference for the implementation ofpolicy and construction of poverty alleviation theory system in Jiangxi Province.
