Under the new normal economy,China is confronted with the transition from "demographic dividend" to "human capital bonus".However, the current research is mainly focused on the impact of human capital on the linear growth of regional economic growth. However, labor and human capital input is not rapidly promoted by policy led in the short term, unlike capital investment. It often has a nonlinear effect on economic growth. The human capital is prevalent in the spatial spillover effect of economic growth in the case of how to affect the regional economic growth,we consider considering these two factors in depicting regional economic growth. This paper constructs a model of endogenous economic growth in the four sector, this model includes the production of final products, intermediate products department production department, research department, the Department of education.Based on the analysis of the nonlinear relationship between human capital and regional economic growth on the basis of microcosmic theory, the spatial correlation and semi parametric structure are incorporated into a unified framework, and a semi parametric partial linear space panel data model is constructed for empirical analysis, and the increase of human capital to the regional economy is accurately depicted in the spatial perspective. The nonlinear action path of long influence. The results of the empirical study show that: first,in the estimation of the spatial panel data model, the spatial item has a significant positive correlation. The spatial spillover effect is common and significant in the regional economic growth of our country. The development of the regional economy is mutually influenced by each other. This explains the regional economic set of China in a certain degree. The existence of aggregation phenomenon;second, under the spatial panel data model, the other explanatory variable coefficients of the human capital are significant, and they explain the economic growth to a certain extent.Third, the number of linear semi parametric space panels in the case of the human capital is not significant for the economic growth parameter hypothesis.According to the model on the estimation of human capital and economic growth, the explanatory variables and the spatial parameters of other significant under the human capital present four party function form of complex path to economic growth.
