As labor shortage erupted, researchers focus on New Generational Technical Workers. Grown upin different background, New Generational Technical Workers have different characteristics, they aremore caring about self-development and career development. Researches shows, when they arefeeling ‘no chance to learn or get promotion’, they are more likely to turnover. Career plateau is thebottleneck of their career development, and also lead the high turnover rate that making hugechallenge to human resource practice.This thesis studied the characteristics of New Generational Technical Workers, analyzed theircareer path and predicament, and divided the dimensions of New Generational Technical Workers’career plateau. By analysis the reason of their career plateau, this thesis supposed career resilience ismost important reason. By analysis the key factors of career resilience influence on career plateau,influence model of New Generational Technical Workers’ career plateau is defined. Questionnaire isissued and data is collected and analyzed to revise and support the model.Based on the theoretical model and Empirical validation, the influence of different careerresilience dimensions to New Generational Technical Workers’ career plateau is clearer. Suggestionswere given from the Vocational Education System and company management to increase their careerresilience, easing the feeling of career plateau, decreasing the turnover rate and helping thedevelopment of new generational technical workers.
