Female knowledge workers have dual identity in work and family, they are the staff that bearing more pressure in the enterprises, which makes it has practical meaning to research their career resilience. In this essay it carried on research on the relationships of cause and effect and career resilience of female knowledge workers through the career resilience questionnaire which compiled on the basis of the corresponding measurement standard of career resilience that extracted though documentary analysis, questionnaire survey and interview, along with some maturity questionnaires. The results show: Career resilience of enterprise’s female knowledge workers include 11 indicators and three structural dimensions, they are: “self-efficacy”, “adventurous” and “continuous learning”. Female knowledge workers have significant individual differences in the career resilience and its various dimensions on age, marital status and work experiences. Psychological capital, family support, colleague support, organizational career management showed a significant positive correlation with female knowledge workers’ career resilience. There was a significant positive correlation between female knowledge workers’ career resilience and job performance. Female knowledge workers’ career resilience have a full intermediary effect between the antecedents and outcome variables. Finally, based on relevant research, this paper gives advice on optimization strategies to enhance career resilience of female knowledge workers from the individual level and organizational level.
