With the economic development and social progress, knowledge has become the mostimportant resource for the survival and development of an organization, therefore, knowledgemanagement has become one of the core strategies for the development of an organization. Inissues of organizational knowledge management, how to facilitate the sharing oforganizational knowledge is one of the most important and difficult tasks. Knowledge sharingplays a key role in knowledge creation, organizational learning and organizationalperformance.From the perspective of system science, organizational knowledge is essentially aknowledge system, organizational knowledge management involves not only anorganization’s knowledge, but also involves organization personneland material carriers.There are a lot of interlinkages between knowledge, between people and between materialcarriers, especially when the three are intertwined together, they will form a very complexsystem. So how to properly describe an organizational knowledge system, namely what kindof model that is used to describe the system and how to modeling have become the mostimportant issue of knowledge management.According to the characteristics of an organizational knowledge system, taking ascientific research organization as a research object, firstly, a weighted semantic network oforganizational knowledge is constructed by using text mining technology and semanticsimilarity algorithm. From the level of knowledge element, this paper analyses the knowledgestock of a scientific research organization by using this network tool.Secondly, a network of material carriers is constructed by using the algorithm ofweighted semantic network. From the field of knowledge level, this paper analyses theresearch status of a scientific research organization by using this network tool.Then, aninterpersonal network of scientific research organization is constructed bymeasuring interpersonal intensity from two dimensions, one is the formal organizationalrelationship of researchers, and the other is informal organizational relationship. This paperdeeply analyses the present situation of interpersonal relationship of a scientific researchorganization by using this network tool. After that, establishing mapping relationships among these three networks, further, aweighted supernetwork of organizational knowledge sharing is constructed. The concept ofmapping intensity is proposed, when building the supernetwork of material carriers andresearchers. A more in-depth, objective and quantitative analysis on a scientific researchorganization can be made by a supernetwork of two nodes.Finally, using the weighted supernetwork to study problems of knowledge sharing. Thispaper analyses the present situation of knowledge sharing of a scientific research organizationby building quantitative indicators of knowledge sharing, and explores the relationship amongknowledge sharing, interpersonal intensity and personnel performance by building indicatorsof organizational performance.From experimental results, the weighted supernetwork and sub-networks have objective,visual, quantitative characteristics. This paper provides a new idea and a new tool for thequantitative analysis and practice of knowledge sharing.
