With the transformation of China’s economy,high-tech enterprises become thecore power to promote the development of our economy.And the R&D teams thehigh-tech enterprise are the the key forces to innovation and obtain competitiveadvantage for the high-tech enterprise. Therefore the management of the R&D teamto achieve its members’satisfaction optimization has become the focus of more andmore enterprises.And we should not ignore the members’ social features, and paymore attention to their social networks.What’s more,more attention should be payedto the developers’strong demand for knowledge.From what has been discussed above,research and development team knowledge sharing network should be the key tostudy its members’ satisfaction.On the basis of previous scholars research, this study based on the social networktheory,and studies the relationship between the knowledge sharing networkrelationshipã€location and the R&D team members’ job satisfaction, and verifies theeffect of knowledge sharing as the intermediary role.Through four months’investigation,we interview many R&D personnels and collect many digitals. weselected156members of10IT teams to test the hypotheses.This study is based on the social network theory, and studies the relationshipbetween the R&D team members’ knowledge sharing network features and themembers’ job satisfaction. The concrete research contents and methods are as follows:Using the Literature analysis method to combe the previous researchers’s studyof the knowledge sharing network, the effect of knowledge sharing and the R&D teammembers’ job satisfaction. Based on the interviews as well as the integration of theprevious literature, the study expounds the definition, dimensions, scale of thevariables, and the inner link between them.Finally supported by theoretical basis,weset up the research model and put forward research hypotheses.Using statistical methods to analysis the reliability, validity for questionnaire.And using factor analysis, variance analysis, social network analysis method andregression analysis to verify the analysis research models and assumptions. Throughthese analysis methods, we found the knowledge sharing network can influence members’ job satisfaction directly, and they also can influence the job satisfactionthrough the effect of knowledge sharing.According to the conclusion of this study, if enterprises want to achieve thesatisfaction optimization of all participants,they can start from the building of theknowledge sharing network, and should pay attention to the effect of knowledgesharing in the process. Namely the building of knowledge sharing network should beguided by the knowledge sharing effects. |
