With the fierce competition of economic globalization and the spread of the economic crisis,many enterprises start to restructure vigorously,this leads to a fundamental change for job demand,at the same time life-time employment system is no longer.Facing the fierce competition environment,employees become anxious and nervous in the organization,and the enterprise leaders are faced with the problem of how to reduce the staff's insecurity,this is also a challenge to the leader.Existing researches show that the leadership can affect employees' job insecurity.Authentic leadership as a new style of leadership can also affect employees' job insecurity.However,it is not enough to understand the relationship between authentic leadership and job insecurity,it is necessary to further explore the mechanism of them.This study selects a communication enterprise employees as subjects in Shandong province,there are 500 employees in all.Using authentic leadership scale,psychological capital scale,psychological empowerment scale and job insecurity scale as measurement tool to collect data.This study is based on the relationship between the authentic leadership and the job insecurity,at the same time we bring into the psychological empowerment and psychological capital variables to discuss the relationship between authentic leadership,psychological capital,psychological empowerment and job insecurity,the following conclusions:(1)There is a significant negative correlation between the job insecurity and the authentic leadership and psychological capital,and the psychological empowerment.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the authentic leadership and the psychological capital,and the psychological empowerment.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the psychological empowerment and the psychological capital.(4)The psychological empowerment plays a partly mediating role between the authentic leadership and job insecurity of employees.(5)The psychological capital plays a partly mediating role between the authentic leadership and job insecurity of employees.(6)The psychological empoerment and psychological capital plays a multiple mediating role between the authentic leadership and job insecurity of employees.
